Using Strideframe
Strideframe provides workspace-based project, task, time-tracking, collaboration, and reporting tools. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and workspace authority
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use only accounts they are authorized to access. Workspace Owners and authorized Admins are responsible for invitations, roles, permissions, and the lawful use of information entered by their teams.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use Strideframe for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Workspace content
Customers and users retain their rights in the information they submit. They grant Strideframe the limited permission needed to host, process, display, secure, and transmit that information for operation of the service. Users are responsible for having the necessary rights to submit workspace content.
Trials, plans, and payment
Trial duration, seat capacity, included functionality, pricing, and payment terms are those agreed during signup, onboarding, or a separate order. Continued access after a trial may require selection of a paid plan. Plan details may change for future purchases with appropriate notice.
Service availability
We work to keep Strideframe reliable and secure, but maintenance, provider incidents, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability. Features may be improved or changed as the product evolves.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or where required by law. Workspace data handling after termination depends on the applicable plan, agreement, operational retention needs, and legal requirements.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Strideframe is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited as permitted by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Questions can be sent to support@strideframe.in.
