Information we process
We process information provided when an account, enquiry, or workspace is created, including names, email addresses, mobile numbers submitted through an enquiry, role and workspace membership, and authentication information managed by our authentication provider.
Workspace use may create project, task, subtask, comment, notification, time-session, invitation, report, and audit information. We may also process limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
- Provide authentication, workspaces, task management, time tracking, reporting, and notifications.
- Process enquiries, onboarding, support, and service communications.
- Maintain security, investigate misuse, and enforce role-based access.
- Monitor reliability and improve product performance.
- Meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests.
Service providers
Strideframe uses service providers to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for enquiry-form protection. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and local storage
Authentication and security technologies are used to keep users signed in and protect account access. Browser storage may also retain personal notification preferences and other interface settings.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while an account or workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, recovery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational records. Workspace Owners control ordinary workspace records subject to product permissions and applicable retention requirements.
Security and access
Strideframe uses role-based permissions, workspace-level data controls, secure authentication, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Your choices
Users can update certain account details and notification preferences inside the product. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be sent to support@strideframe.in. Some records may need to be retained where required for security or legal reasons.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as Strideframe evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing an additional notice.
